I studied at the Royal College of Music where I was a pupil of Graham Mayger. A French government scholarship enabled me to embark on a year's postgraduate study with Michel Debost - who was at that time principal flute with the Orchestre de Paris. I also studied privately for a short time with William Bennett with the aid of a Countess of Munster Scholarship.
I teach pupils of all ages and abilities and have considerable experience at coaching pupils for music college and university entrance auditions.
